Except for the Final Event Management or Full Planning & Design packages, many of our Partial Planning clients fall in the custom-package category. We can work with couples to provide tailored options and create the perfect custom package for you.
WHAT IF I DON’T SEE WHAT I NEED IN YOUR PACKAGES?
Yes, because a Venue Coordinator prioritizes the venue’s interest, while we focus entirely on you. Our team handles everything from creating timelines and communicating with vendors to managing your wedding day from start to finish. We’ll work closely with your Venue Coordinator to ensure every detail is covered so you can fully enjoy your day.
I HAVE A VENUE COORDINATOR…DO I NEED A WEDDING PLANNER AS WELL?
The last thing you want on your big day is an unprepared coordinator with little knowledge of your wedding plans, design, and logistics. To best serve clients seeking day-of coordination, we created the Final Event Management option. By adding 2 months of support before the big day, we help build a stellar day-of plan and seamless vendor timeline—leaving no detail overlooked—so you can enjoy a flawless celebration.
I JUST NEED A DAY-OF COORDINATOR - DO YOU OFFER THAT?
Personal attention and dedicated focus are two of our core company values. Collectively, our team manages 30-40 weddings per year, but each planner commits to only ONE wedding per weekend, so we can be fully available to you!
HOW MANY WEDDINGS ARE ON YOUR ROSTER?
YES to all of the above, and they’re some of the most meaningful weddings we’ve had the privilege to plan! We’ve worked with couples from diverse backgrounds, including South Asian, Ethiopian, Nigerian, Mexican, Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Filipino, Catholic, Jewish, and Taiwanese communities, among many others. We love weaving cherished customs and traditions into the celebration to truly honor your heritage. We’re also committed to researching and learning about your specific traditions to ensure they are beautifully reflected on your special day.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE PLANNING CULTURAL, SAME-SEX, OR RELIGIOUS WEDDINGS?
You can have as little or as much control or involvement as you want, even with our Full Planning & Design package! Ultimately, you make the decisions; we are simply there to help guide you along the way. Once we start working together, we’ll have a better understanding of how involved you want to be and will tailor our partnership accordingly. Whether you want to take the lead on every decision, plan side-by-side, or delegate most of it to us—we’re happy to accommodate!
WILL I STILL HAVE CONTROL OF MY WEDDING IF I HIRE YOU?
Our standard payment plan is a 50% retainer to secure your wedding date (upon booking), with the remaining 50% due one month before your wedding. We can discuss a custom payment plan, too, if needed! We accept debit or credit cards via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, as well as checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Planning a Seattle wedding remotely?
We’ve worked with several couples who live out of state but are getting married in Washington. We can do all of the planning via email, phone calls, video chats, and through our online client portal.
Planning a wedding outside Seattle?
We love working with destination clients and are happy to travel wherever your celebration takes you! Please reach out to our team to discuss our destination-planning service.
DO YOU PLAN DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
No, we don’t make any money from referrals or bookings through any specific vendors. If we receive any discounts and there’s ever an opportunity to save our couples money, we happily pass the savings on to you.
DO YOU EARN VENDOR COMMISSIONS OR GET VENDOR DISCOUNTS?
Yes! The Planner you book with will be there on the day of your wedding, along with at least one amazing assistant.
WILL THE PLANNER I BOOK WITH BE THERE ON MY WEDDING DAY?
We’re proud to be able to work well with most clients. However, we do our best work when we partner with kind, detail-oriented couples, who truly enjoy collaborating throughout the process. We thrive when couples are excited to have us guide them and fully trust us to execute their vision to perfection; that’s when the magic happens!
WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL CLIENT/PLANNER RELATIONSHIP?
Our goal is for your wedding planning package to be no more than 15% of your overall budget—ideally around 10%, but up to 20% if you're open to getting creative with us! We respect your budget while recognizing the value we bring, from cost-saving ideas to discounts, ensuring that investing in our services ultimately helps you save.
